Economical Comparison of Heating Film and Heating Cable

Heating film and heating cable have a big difference in the effect on the structure of the exothermic region and on the principle of exothermic.

As you can see in the picture and explanation below,

Heating film is much more effective than heating cable because the heat transfer method is the same radiant heat method as the solar heat.

What’s the reason?

Heat is generated in the entire area of the film.

Because the heat generated by the film is radiant heat releasing heat into the atmosphere.

Heating cable cannot have the same effect as heating film because radiation heat of heating film is different from conducting heating method.
